Refund policy
Our return policy is as follows: we do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Items in blister packaging will automatically incur a 15% restocking fee once opened. Customers may be asked to provide a valid invoice for any returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alberta@UNIWAY.CA
Physical Damage or modification voids all warranty.
To return your online order product, you should mail your product to: Uniway computer LTD , 3320 Parsons RD NW, Edmonton AB T6N 1B5, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In store purchase: All deposits are non-refundable. Battery / Adapter orders require a minimum 25$ (non-refundable) deposit and will hold the item for two weeks. After the two week period, the deposit will be used to ship the item back to the supplier. Deposits on hold orders will be 50% and will be forfeited if the item is not picked up within 2 weeks of arrival.
